Question 1: In your response you should explain why meteorologist think it will rain in San Francisco on Day 5. In order to understand their thinking you should examine the map. Where is the precipitation? What direction is precipitation traveling? What is causing the precipitation to travel?
Question 2: Based up on the data for Wichita, what can you infer about the weather in San Francisco on Day 5? How did Wichita's weather change when the warm front and precipitation came? The change in Wichita's temperature from day 2 to day 3 should be approximately the same increase in temperature for San Francisco.

    1. Day 1-3 emphasis the same four cities: San Francisco, Wichita, Louisville and Norfolk. Think of Day 1 as Sunday and day 3 being later in the week, such as Tuesday. The maps show the change in the weather over time. Specifically you see the movement of the warm and cold front and precipitation.
